Is a Guided Reset a file I download?

No — and that's the difference. A Guided Reset Space isn't a file that lives in your downloads and can be lost when you change phones. Each one is hosted at its own permanent, private link — nothing to store, nothing to lose. New device, same link, and it's simply there. Your reflections save privately on your device, and built-in export tools let you keep anything important.

Are these therapy or medical tools?

No. Guided Reset Spaces are self-reflection and wellness support resources. They are not therapy, medical advice, diagnosis, or clinical treatment, and they are not a replacement for professional care.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your reflections stay on your own device unless you choose to export them. No login, no account, no cloud journal storage, and no tracking. Nothing you write is sent to a server.

Do Guided Reset Spaces work offline after setup?

Yes. Open a Guided Reset once online, add it to your Home Screen, and it works offline after setup — ideal for a break room, a commute, or anywhere without signal.

Which browser should I use?

On iPhone or iPad, use Safari. On Android, use Chrome. On desktop, Chrome, Safari, or Edge all work well.

Do I need to install anything from an app store?

No. Each Guided Reset Space installs straight from your browser — open the link, choose Add to Home Screen, and it behaves like an installed experience. No app store required, on iPhone, Android, iPad, Mac, or PC.

What happens if I clear my browser data?

Because reflections are stored locally in your browser, clearing browser or app data may remove saved reflections. Export or print anything important before clearing your data.

How do I access my Guided Reset after purchase?

You'll receive a Start Here guide with a direct branded link and QR code. Bookmark it or add it to your Home Screen — that's your permanent access. One purchase, lifetime access, no expiry.

Can I use more than one Guided Reset?

Yes. Each Guided Reset Space supports a different emotional pattern and can be used on its own or alongside others. The Reset Collection is organised by what you're carrying, so many people begin with whatever feels heaviest today and explore from there.
